Salon Policies
Scheduling We work exclusively with clients who can commit to a 4-week maintenance grooming schedule. All pets are pre-booked for the year. Any deviation from this will result in removal from our database.
Vaccinations All pets using our services are required to be current on all core vaccines: Rabies, Bordetella, and Distemper/Parvo.
Cancellation/No-Show Policy We understand that you may not be able to keep an appointment here and there, but please note that this time has been set aside for you and your pet. Clients can miss ONE appointment per calendar year without penalty. Additional missed appointments must be paid in full to continue using our services.
Drop-Off When you arrive for your appointment, please allow your pet to use the designated potty area. Once we see your pet has had a chance to relieve themselves, we will come meet you outside. Dropping off more than 10 minutes before an appointment requires pre-approval and will incur an additional fee
Late Drop-Off We want to note the importance of appointment times. It is CRUCIAL our clients must arrive for their appointments on time. We understand traffic is unpredictable; it's best to plan ahead, especially during commuting hours. If you are late, a fee will be added to your bill determined by the amount of time.
Pick-Up All pets are expected to be picked up by their scheduled pick-up time. Services typically last 2-3 hours.
Late Pick-Up Dogs not picked up by their scheduled pick-up time will incur an additional fee of $10 every 15 minutes.
